Victoria’s research has produced the Strategic Quantum Readiness and Response (SQRR) Framework for Financial Services, a foresight and scenario-planning framework for the post-quantum cryptographic transition. It gives financial institutions a structured way to identify quantum-related risks, assess alternative transition scenarios, evaluate organizational readiness, and chart a strategic pathway toward post-quantum security.
