Victoria Zagorsky

Victoria’s research and writing focus on artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, strategic foresight, and the broader forces reshaping institutions and society. She is the author of AI Civilization, which examines the wider implications of artificial intelligence for organisations, economies, and society.

She has 20 years of corporate experience in global organizations, advancing innovation, digital transformation, and future readiness. Her research has also produced the Strategic Quantum Readiness and Response (SQRR) Framework for Financial Services, a foresight and scenario-planning framework for the post-quantum cryptographic transition.

Victoria graduated cum laude from the American University in Dubai with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She also holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and completed MIT’s Designing and Building AI Products and Services programme. She is a Certified Chief Innovation Officer (CCInO) through the Global Innovation Institute and a Certified Foresight Officer through the Global Innovation Management Institute.
